Advisors can view clients’ Flourish Cash ACH account and routing numbers (and download a letter) as long as clients have visibility settings turned on. Clients can change advisor visibility settings at any time through the “Settings” page of their account. For Joint accounts, visibility settings can only be turned on if all account owners have visibility settings turned to on.
To view clients’ ACH details:
- Log in to flourish.com using your advisor account.
- Click on the “Clients” page
- Click on the household entry for the specific client
- Click on “Transfer Details” under the account listing
- Click “Download Routing Number Details” if you’d like to download a PDF letter containing your client’s ACH account and routing number information. This letter can be submitted to your custodians to set standing instructions, in lieu of a statement or voided check.
If you see the message “ACH account numbers not shared,” it means that your client has visibility settings turned off. Clients can adjust their visibility settings from their “Settings” page.
