Advisors can view clients’ listed beneficiaries through the Advisor Portal as long as clients have visibility settings turned on. Clients can change advisor visibility settings at any time through the “Settings” page of their account. For Joint accounts, visibility settings can only be turned on if all active account owners have visibility settings turned to on.
To view clients’ beneficiary details:
1. Log in to flourish.com using your advisor account
2. Click on the “Clients” page
3. Click “>” on the right side of client’s name
4. Click on “Beneficiaries” tab
5. The beneficiary information for each account will be listed along with the percentage allocation
If you see the message “Data sharing is currently turned off,” it means that your client has visibility settings turned off. Clients can adjust their visibility settings from their “Settings” page.
