You can resend client invitations through the Advisor Portal.
1. In the Advisor Portal, navigate to the “Clients” page by clicking the link on the top of the page.
2. Find the client you’d like to resend an invitation to and click on the “Manage” button to pull up a detailed household view.
3. Click on the “Settings” page on the detailed household view.
4. Under Client Status, you’ll see an option to “Re-invite” any client who has not yet created a login to Flourish. Simply click this button and follow the steps on the screen to resend the welcome invitation, which should arrive in the client’s inbox in the next few minutes.
5. After resending the invite, click on the logo in the top of the screen to return to the Clients page.
