You can resend client invitations through the Advisor Portal.
1. In the Advisor Portal, navigate to the “Clients” page by clicking the link on the top-left corner of the page.
2. Click on the household entry for the specific client
3. Click on the “Household settings” page on the detailed household view.
4. Under the “Members” section, you’ll see an option to “Re-invite.” Simply click this button and follow the steps on the screen to resend the welcome invitation, which should arrive in the client's inbox in a few minutes.
