You can update the client’s email address and resend an invitation to a client in invited state as follows:
- In the Advisor Portal, navigate to the “Clients” page by clicking the link on the top-left corner of the page.
- Click on the household entry for the specific client
- Click on the “Household settings” page on the detailed household view.
- Under the “Members” section, click on “Edit” next to the client’s email address.
- Click on “Save” to complete the update.
- Click “Re-invite” and then click “Resend” to send an invitation to the updated email address.
