You can update the client’s email address and resend an invitation to a client in invited state as follows:
- In the Advisor Portal, navigate to the “Clients” page by clicking the link on the top of the page.
- Find the invited state client you’d like to update the email address for and click on the “Manage” button to pull up their detailed household view.
- Click on the “Settings” page on the detailed household view.
- Under Client Status, click on “Edit” next to the client’s email address.
- Click on “Save” to complete the update.
- Click “Re-invite” and then click “Resend” to send an invitation to the updated email address.
