Any Executive can create an Executive profile for an advisor as follows:
1. Log in to your Executive profile via flourish.com
2a. If you are changing an existing advisor’s profile to an executive one, please skip to step 3
2b. If you are creating an Executive profile for a new advisor, send an invitation to the desired advisor from the “Advisors” page by clicking “+ Invite” and following the prompts
3. Click on the "Advisors" page
4. Click on the advisor’s name
5. Click on "Promote to executive"
