As an Executive, you can view all clients of the firm, and you can assign or unassign any advisor to any client as follows:
*Please note that Advisors can assign new advisors, but only Executives (administrators) in Flourish can “unassign” clients from an assigned advisor.
Single-client changes
1. Log in to your Executive account at flourish.com
2. Navigate to the “Clients” page
2. Click the “>” button located at the far right of the client entry.
3. Click on the “Household Settings” page
4. Scroll down to the "Advisors & teams" section to make the desired changes
Bulk changes
1. Log in to your Executive account at flourish.com
2. Navigate to the “Clients” page
3. In the Filter located on the right side of the page, select the desired advisor(s). The client list will update to display clients assigned to the selected advisor(s)
4. To select all clients, check the box at the top of the column
5. Click the "Actions" button above the client list and choose “Manage Advisors and Teams”
6. In the "Select Advisor(s) and Team(s)" dropdown on the right side of the page, select the new advisor to assign these clients to, then click “Assign” to save your selection. Note: This will not remove the clients from the original advisor. To unassign the clients from the original advisor, follow step 7 below.
7. After assigning the new advisor, you can follow these steps to unassign clients from the previous advisor, if desired:
- Open the "Filters" form and select the advisor from whom you wish to unassign clients.
- Check the box at the top of the household list to select all households.
- Click "Actions" > "Manage Advisors and Teams," then select the original advisor's name.
- Click "Unassign" to remove all clients from this advisor.
