The call and text options for receiving your authentication code may not work when you are outside of the United States. Before leaving the country, it’s best to begin using an authentication app, which will generally work as long as your phone has an internet connection. If you are already abroad and are unable to receive your codes, you will not be able to change the multi-factor authentication method yourself. Please call our Client Support team at (833) 808-5700 (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm ET) and we can help you reset your multi-factor authentication method.
