This FAQ applies to Flourish Cash.
To exclude a specific Program Bank from holding your deposits, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to flourish.com
2a. If you have not linked a bank account, please click on "Fund" next to your Flourish Cash account to complete this step first
2b. If you've already connected at least one bank account, please click on “Manage” next to the Flourish Cash account you would like to access
3. Click on “Account Details” towards the top of the page
4. Click on “Update” next to the “Program Bank Deposit Settings” section
5. Click the toggle button next to any bank you’d like to exclude
6. Click “Submit” to save your new Program Bank deposit settings
