We offer three methods of multi-factor authentication:
- Call: simply enter a phone number (mobile or landline) where we can reach you. When you attempt to log in to your account, we’ll place a call to your phone number to deliver the pin. Simply enter the pin online to complete the multi-factor authentication prompt.
- Text: enter a valid United States mobile phone number where you can receive text messages. When you attempt to log in to your account, we’ll send a text message containing your secure pin.
- Authentication app: this method allows you to download a specific authentication app to your mobile device, such as Google Authenticator, Authy, Okta, or Duo. When you attempt to log in to your account, you’ll need to open the authentication app and input the displayed pin, which changes on a regular basis. To set up your authentication app, please follow the on-screen instructions; most apps allow you to scan a QR-Code (a form of barcode) to make this process easy, but also allow for alternative methods. Please make sure to download an authentication app before resetting your multi-factor authentication method to this method.
