This FAQ applies to Flourish Cash.
To exclude a specific Program Bank from holding your deposits, please follow these steps:
On web
1. Log in to flourish.com
2. Click on the desired account
3a. If you have not yet linked a bank account, you will first be prompted to complete this step
3b. If you've already connected at least one bank account, click on “Account Details” near the top of the page
4. Click on “Update” next to the “Program Bank Deposit Settings” section
5. Click the toggle button next to any bank you’d like to exclude
6. Click “Submit” to save your new Program Bank deposit settings
In the iOS app
- Log in to the Flourish mobile app
- From the home page, tap your Flourish Cash account
- Tap “Account Details”
- Tap “Program Bank Deposit Settings”
- Update your Program Bank selections
- Save your changes
