This FAQ applies to Flourish Cash. You can review Flourish Crypto FAQs here.
Flourish Cash was built to support transfers to and from checking and savings accounts, as many brokerage accounts make it difficult to transfer money out through the standard bank electronic transfer network. As a result, certain brokerage accounts cannot be linked to a Flourish Cash account via Flourish.com (except for Fidelity accounts, which can be linked manually via flourish.com).
Instead, you can typically create a link to existing brokerage accounts through the brokerage firm’s standard standing instructions process, such as Schwab’s MoneyLink and Fidelity’s Standing Payment Instructions.

When linking a Flourish Cash account through your brokerage firm, the brokerage firm may require a letter containing your Flourish Cash ACH details (in lieu of a voided check). You can find this information here.
