To cancel SmartBalance, please follow these steps:
On web (not currently supported in the iOS app)
1) Log in at Flourish.com/login
2) Click on the Flourish Cash account you wish to access
3) On the "Activity" page, locate the "Pending Transfers" section and identify the SmartBalance entry
5) Click on the "Settings" link to the right of the recurring transfer series
6) Select "Delete SmartBalance" to complete the process
7) Review the "Pending Transfers" section for any scheduled transfers initiated by the SmartBalance feature before it was canceled. To delete them, click on the entry and select "Cancel this transfer.”
