The transfer request deadline for transfers to or from an external bank account is 5:30pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday on business days. For transfers submitted after the transfer request deadline on Fridays or on non-business days (such as a bank holiday), the transfer is available to edit or cancel until 5:30pm Eastern Time on the next business day. This is the time when all transfer requests are locked.
Transfers placed before the request deadline should generally settle the next business day and on rare occasions they may settle in 2 business days. As an example, if you request a transfer at 11am Eastern Time on Monday, the transfer request deadline is 5:30pm that same day, and the funds will generally move into or out of your Flourish Cash account on Tuesday. You can edit transfers placed before the transfer request deadline on the “Activity” page.
Transfers placed after 5:30pm Eastern Time on a business day will not become locked until the next transfer request deadline. As an example, if you initiated a transfer at 6pm on Monday, it will not be locked until 5:30pm Eastern Time on Tuesday, and the money is expected to move into or out of your Flourish Cash account on Wednesday.
