This FAQ applies to Flourish Cash.
Flourish SmartBalance allows you to set a Target Balance for your existing checking account, and Flourish will move money into or out of that account every two weeks to maintain the Target Balance. To learn more about how the Target Balance works, please click here.
Once your account has been set up, changing the Target Balance is simple:
On web (not currently supported in the iOS app)
- From the main Dashboard, click on the desired Flourish Cash account.
- On the “Activity” page, find the “Pending Transfers” section.
- Click on the “Settings” link found towards the end of the SmartBalance entry.
- Modify the target balance as desired.
- Click “Save changes” and then “Done” to complete your update.
