On the main login screen, you can click “Forgot your password?” to initiate the password reset process by sending a verification email to your email address. If you do not receive the verification message within a few minutes of submitting the request, please check your Spam or Junk Mail folder before reaching out to client support. If the email address you enter in the “Forgot your password” process does not exactly match the email associated with your account, no verification email will be sent.
