Clients are required to have at least one bank account linked to an active Flourish Cash account so that we have somewhere to return your funds if needed. As such, if you begin to unlink your final account, you’ll receive a notification that you cannot remove the final account.
If you would like to close your account, please follow the steps outlined here. Once we have transferred all of your cash to your external account, we will unlink all of your accounts on your behalf.
