This FAQ applies to Flourish Cash.
You can withdraw up to $1,000,000 per settlement day* online (provided there is sufficient cash in your Flourish Cash account), whether in a single transaction or in multiple transactions. Simply head to the “Activity” page to initiate the withdrawal.
If you need to withdraw more than $1,000,000 in one day, please call our client support team and we will assist you.
For internal transfers between personal Flourish Cash accounts, there is no limit on how much you can transfer, as long as you remain within account capacity limits. You can learn more about internal transfers here and about capacity limits here.
*A settlement date is simply the day the money is expected to move from your Flourish Cash account to your external account. Keep in mind that any transfers you request on Fridays after 3pm ET, and at any point over the weekend, are expected to settle on the following Monday, so it’s possible that multiple transfers placed between Friday and the weekend will have the same settlement date and therefore aggregate for the purposes of the $1,000,000 limit. This is also true of transfers requested on bank holidays, which will not be processed until the following business day.
