This FAQ applies to Flourish Cash.
You can use your Flourish Routing Numbers for various transactions, including Bill Pay, Direct Deposit, automated loan repayments, and more, with any external institution that supports them. Typically, this involves logging into the third-party’s website and providing your Flourish Routing Numbers when setting up the instructions.

Important notes:
- All transfers are processed through PNC Bank. In order to establish a connection with a third-party account, the institution must allow for a 17-digit account number.
- When connecting to third-party accounts, clients should establish a manual connection only using the account and routing numbers (connecting with your Flourish credentials, meaning email address and login password, is not supported).
- When first establishing the connection, you may be required to follow a verification process first, such as verifying test microdeposits, which may delay the process.
