Your Flourish Cash account has two account numbers, and each one serves a different purpose:
9-Digit Account Number
Used for identification and recordkeeping, such as on account statements, tax forms, and when contacting Flourish. This number cannot be used for ACH transfers, wire transfers, bill pay, direct deposit, or any other money movement transactions.
17-Digit Account Number
Used with other financial institutions and third parties for money movement involving your Flourish Cash account, including online ACH transfers to and from your account, incoming wire transfers, and direct deposit, when applicable.
Each Flourish Cash account is assigned a unique 17-digit ACH account number by PNC, our processing bank, so funds can be routed correctly to your account.
You can find instructions for locating your full transfers account number and routing number, as well as a PDF that can be used instead of a voided check, in this article: Where can I find my Flourish Cash account and routing number (ABA) details?
