This FAQ applies to Flourish Cash.
Most deposits and withdrawals submitted before the request deadline should be completed by the same or next business day, except for withdrawal requests submitted on a Friday afternoon or over the weekend, which should be completed by the following Monday. All transfers are subject to your bank making the funds available to you and other policies of your bank.1 You can deposit and withdraw funds as often as you’d like. See the table below for an overview of transfer times, including weekends and holidays.
Please note that newly deposited funds are subject to a three-business-day holding period before they can be withdrawn from Flourish Cash. Additionally, newly added external accounts are subject to a four-calendar-day holding period before funds can be withdrawn to the new account. These restrictions help keep your funds secure.
You can also withdraw funds from your Flourish Cash account via wire into your connected bank accounts on the same business day if the wire is placed before 12:00 PM Eastern Time for a fee of $15. To do so, simply call our client support team at (833) 808-5700 and our client support team will assist you with the process. You will need to confirm your bank account name, bank account routing number, and any special wire instructions used by your bank.
*For internal transfers between personal Flourish Cash accounts, please see How do internal transfers work?
1 For transfer requests submitted by the applicable deadline, funds will generally be transferred to or from the requested external account by the same or next business day, except for requests submitted on the weekend or on a holiday, which should be completed by the following business day. In some circumstances, transfers may take longer to complete, as further described in your Account Agreement. For withdrawal requests, fund availability is subject to the processing timeline of the receiving financial institution and may not be displayed or available until the end of the financial institution's business day.
