This FAQ applies to Flourish Cash.
You can easily initiate ACH transfers into or out of your Flourish Cash account from the Transfers page at any time. Learn more about how quickly you can deposit and withdraw money.
Alternatively, you can also initiate wire transfers into or out of your Flourish Cash account to a previously connected bank account. In order to process an outgoing wire transfer, please contact our customer support team at (833) 808-5700. For incoming wire transfers, you can find your account’s wiring instructions here.
There are two options for automated transfers. SmartBalance helps you maintain a target balance on an external account by automatically moving money into or out of your linked checking accounts every two weeks. Recurring Transfers automatically move money between accounts at your selected amount, timing, and frequency.
