Will I need to provide information about Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs) during the account opening process?

Yes. You will need to provide the following information for UBOs:

  • Full name
  • Address
  • Date of birth
  • Government issued ID number (E.g. SSN for U.S. citizens)
  • Ownership percentage (0-9.99%, 10-24.99%, 25%+)
