Once logged in, click on the Lending Toolkit, click “See mortgage rates,” and follow the instructions on the screen. In order to generate estimates, you’ll enter a few basic details such as:
- Property location
- Estimated home value or purchase price
- Loan amount
- Loan type
- Occupancy type
The tool will generate real-time rate estimates based on current market conditions.
