When placing a withdrawal, please note the following security restrictions:
- Newly deposited funds: Newly deposited funds are subject to a 3-business day hold before they can be withdrawn. This hold helps to verify that the deposit will not be pulled back by your bank, similar to waiting for a check to clear.
- Newly linked accounts: When a new bank account is connected to your Flourish Cash account, a 4-day hold applies during which you will not be able to transfer funds to the newly added account. This is a key security measure designed to prevent unauthorized withdrawals from your account.
- Online transfer limit: the maximum online withdrawal limit is $100,000. To transfer more than $100,00 at a time, simply call our support line at (833) 808-5700 (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm ET).
