Most deposits and withdrawals submitted before the request deadline should be completed by the next business day, except for withdrawal requests submitted on a Friday or on the weekend, which should be completed by the following Tuesday. All transfers are subject to your bank making the funds available to you and other policies of your bank.1 You can deposit and withdraw funds as often as you’d like.
Please note that you can only withdraw cash three business days after we’ve received the funds. Additionally, you cannot withdraw funds into a newly linked account for four days after you link the account. Both of these restrictions help keep your money secure.
You can also withdraw funds from your Flourish Cash account via wire into your connected bank accounts on the same business day if the wire is placed before 12:30 PM Eastern Time for a fee of $15. To do so, simply call our client support team at (833) 808-5700 and our client support team will assist you with the process. You will need to confirm your bank account name, bank account routing number, and any special wire instructions used by your bank.
This FAQ applies to Flourish Cash. Flourish Crypto does not currently support institutional accounts.
