You can assign other advisors to view any client that you can view through the Advisor Portal.
1. In the Advisor Portal, click on the “Clients” page to view all users who are currently assigned to you.
2. Check the boxes next to the client household(s) you would like to assign. You can check the box at the top of the column to select all of your clients.
3. Click on the “Actions” button, which is located above the client list, and then click “Manage Advisors.”
4. Check the box next to the advisor(s) you’d like to assign to the selected households, and then click “Assign” to save your selection.
Please note that only an Executive at your firm can unassign an advisor from a household.
If you’d like to see which advisors are assigned to one of your clients, click on the “Manage” button next to the name of the client, and then navigate to the bottom of the “Settings” page on the detailed household view, where you will be able to view assigned advisors.
If the advisor you would like to select is not available in the dropdown, that means they have not yet been invited to Flourish Cash or have not yet set up their account. Please reach out to our support team or to one of your firm Executives to learn more
