While most transfers generally arrive in your account one business day after they are initiated,* in some cases transfers can take longer depending on your external bank’s policies, the size of the transfer, and other factors. If your transfer hasn’t arrived by the expected settlement date next to the pending transfer listed on the Transfers page, please reach out to our client support team for assistance.
*Transfers placed before the request deadline will generally be completed by the next business day, and requests placed after the request deadline will generally be completed the second business day following your submission of the request, except for withdrawal requests submitted on a Friday or on the weekend, which will generally be completed by the following Tuesday. For example, if you place a transfer request on a Sunday, you should expect the money to be transferred on Tuesday.
