Micro-deposits typically take just 1 business day to arrive in your external bank account. If they haven’t shown up in your account after 3 business days, you can re-initiate the process of linking your external account to send a new set of micro-deposits. Alternatively, please contact our client support team for assistance.
There are a few common reasons why micro-deposits failed to arrive in your external bank account after a few business days:
- More time may be needed. Depending on your bank’s processing timeline, it may take an additional 1-2 days for the micro-deposits to arrive.
- You may have mistyped your bank account number or routing number. In this case, you will need to add your bank again to restart the process.
- Your bank account may not accept deposits through the “ACH” system, or may not have processed the micro-deposits for another reason. In this case, you may wish to reach out to your bank to ask if they have any record of the micro-deposits and to confirm whether the account in question can accept ACH transfers.
