Although we’ll be sad to see you go, you can close your account at any time. In order to close your account, please call our client support team at (833) 808-5700 between 9am and 5pm ET on any business day, or email us at email@example.com with your request, and our team will reach out with the necessary information to initiate the process.
Once you begin closing your account, we’ll transfer your entire Flourish Cash balance to one of your external bank accounts. In the event that you have accrued interest that has not yet been posted to your account, your account will then be frozen until the accrued interest is transferred to your bank account after it has been posted to your account in the first few business days of the following month.
After you’ve closed your account, you will still be able to log in to your account to access statements and tax documents. You will also be able to log back in at any time and create a new Flourish Cash account.
