The connection between Flourish Cash and external accounts can occasionally become disrupted or disconnected. If we automatically recognize that the account has been disconnected, Flourish Cash will display a small red dot next to the “External Accounts” link and will display a red banner above the affected account.
If this occurs, simply relink the account. If you’ve attempted to relink the account a few times and the balance still says “Not available,” please reach out to our client support team for assistance.
